you to post questions on your medical problems.
These questions are answered by our panel of doctors
along with treatment suggestions.

your services? |

Our charges vary according to the service opted
for by you. For standard consultancy or general
health question it is US$25.00. We will
be introducing specialized consultancy services
shortly.

All medical advice is provided by our expert
panel of certified physicians (MDs).

| How quickly do you reply back? |
We normally reply within 48 hrs
for standard consultation.

| Do I need to fill
in all the information in the Medical Profile and
Submit reports section? |
| It is only mandatory
for you to fill in your Physical details in the
Medical profile in order to be able to submit a
consultation. However, it is advisable that you
fill in as much information as you can in all the
forms of your Medical Profile and conclusions of
any reports in the Submit Reports section so that
your consulting physician can conduct a more informed
and accurate consultation. |

| Where do you send
the answer and suggestions? |
We use a web interface
to communicate with you. Just as you send your questions
to us using our website, similarly we will use our
website to post our replies. This interface is remarkably
simple to use and allows you store comprehensive
data on your health, which your consulting physician
can use to make more accurate treatment suggestions.
When your question has been replied to, you will
be notified via email. Hence it is very important
to fill your correct e-mail address in the form.

satisfied? |
If you are not satisfied,
please write to us at support@offshoremd.com
and
we will take all the steps we can to meet with your
satisfaction, failing which we will refund your
money in full.

if I need to clarify something after the first reply? |
No. You won't be charged
again if something remains unanswered.

online service, we cannot carry out the complete
physical check up as required by most insurance
